Terms and Conditions

Selecting Winners
– Winners will be selected by KLab after the entry period.
– Winners will be contacted via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or Discord. In order to deliver the prizes, we ask that winners include their name, mailing address, and phone number as specified in the direct message received.
– Winners will be asked to respond by the date specified in the direct message. Winners will lose their eligibility to claim the prize if they do not respond by the specified date.
– Prizes will only be sent once. If the prize cannot be sent for reasons attributable to the winner such as providing the wrong name, mailing address, or phone number, the winner will lose their eligibility to claim the prize. KLab will not be held liable in the event the winner cannot receive the prize, unless the incident occurred as an intentional act or negligence by KLab.
– The right to claim the prize cannot be sold, lent, or otherwise transferred to a third party.
– We may be unable to send prizes to certain countries and territories.
– This giveaway is not an indication of any affiliation with Twitter.

Additional Terms
– Please do not change your social media ID name on the platform you entered from because we will not be able to discern whether the winner is correct or not if it is changed.
– Winners will be disqualified for lack of response after two weeks, regardless of problems occurring as a result of the winner’s account.
– Winners on Facebook will be contacted via reply to their comment.
– Winners will be asked to respond by the date specified in the direct message. Winners will lose their eligibility to claim the prize if they do not respond by the specified date.
– If you are having problems posting or following the official account, please double-check that you are logged into Twitter.
– We will not be answering questions about the campaign through social media direct messaging.
– This campaign is not affiliated with Twitter, Facebook, or Discord.
– Posting the same entry on different platforms will not increase likelihood of being chosen.
– Entered works will be limited to ones that follow the entry theme.
– Entry of your works will be seen as an implicit agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
– Entered works may be processed or trimmed when displayed on the official site or the livestream.
– Entries that include characters, items, or background images that are not part of the Bleach franchise will be rejected.
– Anything that may violate public decency, be seen as plagiarized works, be an already announced work, or may violate copyrights or rights of likeness cannot be entered.
– The decision as to whether, when, and where to publish entries and how and where the copyright holder’s name is displayed is the sole preserve of the copyright holder (*1).
– For entries submitted, the worldwide copyright (rights defined in Copyright Law from Articles 21 to 26, 27 and 28. including all rights added on to future revisions of the laws and ordinances) will belong to the rights holder (*1).
– Entrants cannot claim moral rights on KLab Inc. or third parties endorsed by our company.

– Details of this campaign are subject to change at the discretion of KLab Inc.

KLab Inc. (“KLab”), based in Roppongi Hills Mori Tower 6-10-1 Roppongi Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-6122 Japan, is the parent company of the KLab Group. This information notice is issued to you on behalf of the KLab Group companies, which control and process your personal data in the way described below. This notice applies only to people inside the European Economic Area.

1. We process your Twitter ID, Facebook ID, Instagram ID, or Discord ID in order to hold this event (the “Event”) and choose winners among the applicants.

2. We also process additional personal data provided by winners of the Event to us, such as names, mailing addresses, and phone numbers of winners in order to provide the winners with the prizes.
On course of obtaining your personal data, we may use third party’s services (e.g. data management services with data entry form, where you enter your personal data and submit to us.
The processing of this personal data is based on winners and our legitimate interests to provide winners with the prizes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2. How long do we keep your personal data
We will only retain your information as long as there is a statutory or legal requirement to do so or in order that we are able to meet the above mentioned purposes. This will usually require us to retain your information for a set period of time after any relationship has ended for accounts and records purposes.

We will store your personal data on our systems located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which comprises the Member States of the EU, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
