Ninny Spangcole

Ninny chose to accessorize her Christmas outfit with a bunch of holly on one of her hair ornaments. As well as fulfilling her duties as part of Pipers, Ninny is also the leader of the pop group Cecile Die Twice.

Noel has tied up part of her straight hair and used a barrette with a sheep horn motif to create a hairstyle with more body. With her red cape flapping in the wind, she goes about her duties as normal.
